Common questions about quotes

How quickly will I hear back?: Written responses to quote requests go out within one business day. If your request is complex, we will acknowledge it straight away and confirm when the full proposal will arrive.
Do you charge for preparing a quote?: No. Quoting and scoping discussions are free and carry no obligation to proceed.
Can you work with businesses outside Melbourne?: Yes. While we are based in Melbourne VIC, most of our advisory and review work is delivered remotely, so we support clients across Australia. See our service areas for details.
What if I am not sure which service I need?: Choose the closest option in the form and describe the problem in your own words. Part of our job is helping you work out the right approach, and the quote will reflect that.
